How to find your Femboy style

Looking to start your journey as a femboy? Maybe you are trying to alter your style or find a better fit to gain a more feminine look through style choice, well this guide is for you :) 

 

Body proportions

Many Femboys have struggled unnecessarily with body image issues due to the fact that having an AMAB body often means things like broader shoulders, larger waist and slim hips. This can be addressed by choosing different styled clothing to mask more "masculine" features. We will cover certain Tips & Tricks in this post starting from the top down

When looking at the upper body masculine features generally include broad shoulders. we can hide this by choosing shirts. For example some shirts are what we call "very low sleeve cuts" these can be identified as the lower section of the sleeves being none existent and instead meeting in where the torso meets the arm (armpit region) instead opting for a shirt where the sleeve extends out past a little further it can help accentuate a more compact shoulder region. Opting for shirts with sleeves can also hide muscle definition in the deltoid. This isn't to say that even with broad shoulders you cant wear anything more revealing in this area, whatever makes you feel happy is the right choice of clothing for you and if you are concerned about your upper body just know that most people wont even notice any slight difference in shoulder proportions.

Also avoid adding more muscle mass and definition to this area by lowering weight to a minimum when working out your upper body as a whole. Small weights with higher reps will add more of a subtle definition while keeping you fit.

Okay, lets talk about the lower body now, there is three areas to focus on, waist, hips and thighs. You will have to focus on all three to sculpt the perfect femboy figure and you can do this by first slimming the waist, think crunches, squats and cardio and of course a good diet (we will touch on this in the next blog post) then its glutes glutes glutes, what we are trying to do is have a more over developed lower body to create the illusion of a feminine physique. The Male body packs weight in the gut area where as the girls born with more estrogen tend to have weight distribution that sits around the butt and thighs. Useful workouts to target this area include hip thrusts, squats, deadlifts and glute bridges to name a few (my personal favourites are donkey kicks and side lying clam raises).
